Waiver/Disclaimer
By registering for this event, I understand that participation in Proud Fathers Daddy Stroll and Roll(Event) is voluntary. I have considered any risk and hereby give myself, my child(ren) and/or attendees permission to participate in the Event. I understand it is my duty to remain with my child(ren) and/or attendees throughout the duration of the event. I hereby waive, release and discharge Proud Fathers and all related individuals or entities involved in the organization of the Event (collectively, "Proud Fathers") of any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions or causes of action that may arise out of or in connection with the participation in the Event from myself, my child(ren) and/or attendees. This lease of liability shall extend to all claims of any kind, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, death and other unforeseen risks. I further give The Proud Fathers permission to take and use, for its promotional and educational purposes, across any and all mediums, any photograph or videotape of myself, my child(ren) and/or attendees taken during the Event.
