This free and fun, family event honors and acknowledges the planting of trees at the start of California’s rainy season.
This free and fun, family event honors and acknowledges the planting of trees at the start of California’s rainy season and will feature:
- Live music by the magical minstrel BanjerDan
- free BBQ lunches for visitors prepared by VanaMaria BBQ
- Beer, wine and NA beverages
- Two celebratory tree plantings!
- Free Arboretum Day T-shirts for all, and special new Arboretum merch and prize raffles
- Six learning stations to complete your “Plant Passport”, all along the central Cypress Avenue of our foundational east campus of Cypress Lawn.
Please RSVP for this tree celebration event, so we may know how many people to expect on our sixth annual Arboretum Day! Event proceedings will begin at 11AM at the main entry archway of Cypress Lawn’s East Campus (1363 El Camino Real, Colma CA 94014)
