12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

Transition to Run/Walk Segment


Participants begin the 3.1-mile run/walk journey to Heatwise Yoga in the Upper West Side. Route guidance provided for a seamless transition.

1:30 PM - 1:45 PM

Arrive at Studio for Yoga Session


Arrival at studio for the final segment of the event. Refreshments and hydration station available for participants.

1:45 PM - 2:15 PM

Yoga Stretch Session


Revitalizing yoga stretch session led by Taq, focusing on relaxation and recovery. Group cool-down and reflection on the completed Dry Tri challenge.
