The Cycle Breaker Support Group is a newly created initiative to support those who have broken generational patterns of dysfunction, abuse, neglect, or control- especially within families, marriages, and relationships shaped by narcissism or emotional toxicity.
They are often the first in their lineage to:
- Recognize the harm caused by these patterns
- Set boundaries where none existed
- Seek healing through self-awareness, therapy, and spiritual and emotional growth
- Create a new, healthier legacy rooted in love, respect, and truth
Being a cycle breaker is courageous and often lonely work, but it plants the seeds of freedom not just for yourself but for future generations
The Cycle Breaker Support Group was created in response to a deep need within the healing community—for a space where people can lean on others who truly understand what it means to emerge from darkness and step into the light.
Join us on October 22nd for a meaningful gathering that blends group discussion with healing practices, including guided meditation and shared reflection. We will also discuss boundary building and holding boundaries.

About the Host:
Jennifer Loesch, the owner of Healing Hands Reiki, LLC, is a Reiki Master/Practitioner and Cycle Breaker. Through several years of inner work via therapy, Reiki healing, and making difficult decisions to pull away from toxic, narcissistic family members, Jennifer wants to give back to others in similar situations, the knowledge she has gained to help them in their healing journey.
Through personal experiences, spiritual gifts in energy reading & clairvoyancy, academic background in Psychology, Coaching, and Reiki healing, she can bring a unique healing experience to her clients. Jennifer has been practicing Reiki for 7 years and has an office located in Morgan Hill, CA. She offers Reiki sessions (in-office/remote), Animal Reiki, Reiki Classes (I,II), Angel Card Readings, and Spiritual & Career Coaching. Jennifer leads a Women's Healing Circle and Full Moon Ceremony every month. She is a Reiki Master in Usui, Holy Fire/Karuna Reiki, with certificates in Animal Reiki and Mindfulness training.
