Cyberpunk meets Halloween — an electrifying fusion of the future and the fright.

⏰ EVENT 1:00PM – 4:00PM (arrival from 12:40PM for a 1PM sharp start!)

🚗 Cheapest parking can be located at CPP PIER ST (with a short walking distance), or closest to the studio can be located at Wilson Parking.

✨ What’s the vibe?

Step into a world where neon lights meet dark shadows, where futuristic streetwear collides with eerie Halloween energy. Think chrome, latex, chains, glowing accents, blacklights, glitch-core — all wrapped up in a cyberpunk Halloween twist.

This is a collaborative editorial shoot for photographers and models of all levels. Whether you’re a pro looking to level up your portfolio or simply want to create something bold and fun — this event is all about pushing creative boundaries.

LEC proudly welcomes creatives of all skill levels, backgrounds and gender identities to the community and events. Come as you are — and get ready to bring the glitchy chaos and glowing energy to life. 💥

📸 What to expect:

    •    Once you grab your ticket, you’ll be added to a dedicated Instagram group chat for the concept brief, inspo, what to bring/wear & updates.

    •    We’ll kick off with a 10–15 min group huddle to set the tone, share shoot tips & plan the day.

    •    Then it’s shoot time: rotate between cyberpunk-themed set ups, shoot solo or collab, and bring one outfit change for extra variety.

    •    After the event, all photos will be uploaded to a shared Google Drive so everyone can access and share!

🔑 Important Info:

    •    Photographers: Bring your camera (no lighting required — we’ll be using in-studio + ambient lighting).

    •    Models: Come photo-ready with outfit, hair & makeup done before arrival. There will be no makeup artists provided on the day.

    •    If you wish to book your own makeup artist, please ensure this is done prior to the shoot in your own time so you are ready for a 1PM start.

    •    This is highly encouraged, as professional makeup will help elevate your look and truly bring the Halloween-cyberpunk vibe to life.

    •    Further makeup and styling inspo will be shared in the creative brief closer to the event.

    •    Tickets: You’ll be asked to include your Instagram handle or Facebook name so we can easily contact you. The IG group chat will be your go-to for briefs and updates. Don’t forget to show your Eventbrite ticket at check-in.

    •    A full creative brief will be sent closer to the event date.

LEADING-EDGE TICKET PURCHSE T&C's

1. Information Required: Each ticket order will require you to fill in a section of questions (This can include: your contact info, Instagram handle, pronouns, clothing size, etc.). This helps us on the backend to gather data that supports event preparation and ensures we can contact you, especially if you’re not in the Facebook group. An Instagram or Facebook username must be added into the event form to receive all the required info!

2. Pricing: Our pricing reflects a variety of factors involved in creating these events, including equipment, photoshoot props, marketing materials, event space hire, and more. Our prices will not change over time unless a promotional discount is offered through LEC channels.

3. Eventbrite Fees: Each ticket price on Eventbrite includes a small Eventbrite fee.

4. Refund Policy: We can only allow refunds up to 48 hours (2 days)  before an event. If you need a refund, you can apply for a request through your confirmation email or contact us on Instagram.

5.After LEC events we put together posts and content to showcase and celebrate creatives on the day. This is a combination of photos and video and use of attendees images. If you do not grant permission this must be directed to us BEFORE shoot day.
