Every TITLE workout has one goal: to make sure you leave empowered and equipped with a new, better, more powerful skillset. Our boxing fitness class flow is a thoughtful progression of warm-up drills, shadowboxing, HIIT exercises, 3-minute rounds of skill building and strength work.
This class is FREE and designed for all levels.

Join us for free, outdoor fitness classes every Wednesday at 6PM and Saturday at 10AM right here at Cambridge Crossing.
Our schedule is packed with new classes as well as old favorites that are designed for all levels of experience. All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat, and water.
