Join Britney for a creative Pilates mat workout that aims to strengthen the body and mind alike. Britney's classes focus on celebrating what your body is capable of doing through mindful, intentional movement. All levels are welcome. Grab your mat and get ready to move!

Join us for free, outdoor fitness classes every Wednesday at 6PM and Saturday at 10AM right here at Cambridge Crossing.

Our schedule is packed with new classes as well as old favorites that are designed for all levels of experience. All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat, and water.
