Cville Visual Storytellers [CViS] - September Meeting 2025
Join us for our 3rd Cville Visual Storytellers meeting in 2025! This in-person event will be held at the Central Library off the dowtown mall at 201 E Market St. We will be on the 3rd floor in the Swanson Court Case Room.
We invite anyone who is interested in the art of visual storytelling to come and screen work and connect with other like minded artists in and around the Charlottesville area.
Screen your work! It could be a work in progress, a scene from a long film, something old or something new, or maybe you filmed something yesterday and all you have are a few raw clips? Anything goes, and we are all excited to watch and discuss what you have. This is all in service to strengthening the filmmaking community here in Central Virginia in order to encourage more support, collaboration, experimentation and creativity!
NOTE: If you plan to screen work, please make sure to keep it under 5 minutes in length and let us know ahead of time by emailing: cvillevisualstorytellers@gmail.com
We'll have snacks and drinks based upon the RSVP response. You are also welcome to bring your own and food and drink.
