Customer Service BasicsLegendary customer service brings people back again and again, but when was the last time you intentionally trained about it? How do you give great service to customers? To coworkers? To yourself?
Part 1 (see event on Mar 19) will focus on establishing a strong baseline for service. We'll discuss why it matters so much, how to "set the stage", first impressions, key customer requirements, and introduce our 3 steps to service recipe.
Part 2 (this event!) will include a brief review of the 3 step recipe for giving great service, then focus on how to handle complaints, a basic recipe for managing energy, and a few more helpful resources to give great customer service.

ABOUT the "How We Work" SERIES
For over 14 years, Muddy's has provided some classroom-style training for our team. These classes were built by us, for us, to meet our own needs and we have honed them over the years as we work with our own material. For many years now we have also taught these classes to private groups who wish to use our material in their own workplace.
We are hosting a series of some of our classes for our own team this summer and we thought it'd be fun to open up some seats to our community, as there may be folks interested who aren't able to access a private booking :)
What is the summer line up for this series?
- July 15: Customer Service part 1
- July 29: Customer Service part 2 (this event!)
- Aug 12: Fearless Feedback
- Aug 26: Intro to Visioning
- Sep 23: Hospitable Leadership
Do I need to take all the classes or can I go a la carte? You can totally go a la carte! The two customer service classes DO build on each other and are best if taken together, but even then it's not a requirement.
Who else will be attending? In addition to Muddy's team members (approx 8-12 depending on the class), there could be a handful of other attendees like yourself (non Muddy's team).
Will it be weird if I'm there but not a member of the Muddy's team? Only if you make it weird, LOL. As these classes are primarily intended as a resource for our own team, of course the examples and specifics will be Muddy's-based. However, we welcome full participation from our guests and believe hearing some examples from YOU can make ALL of our experience even richer. So no, we don't think it'll be weird at all. :)
Are classes wheelchair accessible? Our tables are height-adjustable, so if you need special accommodations, just let us know ahead of time and we'll be sure to have the table and your spot all ready for you!
What about cancellations? Space is limited, so all ticket sales are final. Please check the date/time carefully before booking. If you cannot make it to your class, you may gift your ticket to a friend or coworker. If Muddy's must cancel the event for any reason, we will inform you asap and fully refund your ticket.
