Join Hawai‘i Energy for a lunch and learn to review the custom energy efficiency project rebate process. Hawai‘i Energy offers custom rebates for commercial projects that do not qualify for prescriptive or standard incentives. We will review:

• The types of projects that are custom – examples: exterior lighting, central plant optimization or controls upgrades, major refrigeration system retrofits, building recommissioning or retro-commissioning, specialized processing equipment, large heat pump water heaters, new construction energy modeling
• The application process for custom rebates
• Measurement & verification (M&V)
• Tips to ensure timely processing
• Case studies of custom rebate projects
