Yes—iced tea, water, and sodas are included with dinner. The Cupola Club bar will also be open for additional beverages (21+ with ID) available for purchase.

Is dinner included with my ticket?

Yes! Your ticket includes a gourmet buffet dinner prepared by executive chef Bill Hughes. Iced tea, soda, and water are included, + vegetarian options will be available. You will also receive two discounted drink tickets (21+). NA beverage options will be available!

How long is the event?

The event runs from 6 PM to 10 PM, with dinner from 6–7, the Psychic Gallery from 7–8, and the Paranormal Investigation from 8–10.

Internationally renowned psychic channel, Beverly McChesney will share messages and intuitive guidance with attendees, selecting participants at random from the audience.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 7 days before your scheduled date. After that, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another living soul!

Is the venue accessible (ADA)?

The main level is accessible via a ramp on the left side porch. Some activities may be upstairs and there is no elevator. If stairs are a concern, let us know after you purchase and we’ll help create a great main-floor experience for you.

What should I wear?

Comfort is key. You’ll be with us for four hours — including dinner, a psychic gallery, and a live paranormal investigation — so we recommend comfortable clothing and shoes you can walk and stand in. Layers are a good idea, as temperatures in historic buildings can shift.

Will this event be scary?

Not in a “jump scare” way — but yes, you may experience chills, strange noises, or spirit activity. Fear is normal, and you’re welcome to step aside or take a break at any point.

Yes! We encourage you to capture your experience, though we ask you to be respectful of other guests and the flow of the evening.

No. All portions of this event take place inside the Cupola Club.

This isn’t a scripted tour. It’s an exclusive, hands-on experience. You’ll enjoy a gourmet dinner, a professional psychic gallery, and a real paranormal investigation using equipment and techniques guided by experienced investigators.

That’s always the hope! While we can’t guarantee activity, past investigations at locations like this often produce voices, touches, and other unexplained phenomena.

Where do I park?

Brescia University lot (back left area). Fifth Third Bank lot across the street. Street parking on Frederica Street. Cupola Club rear lot: 5 spaces + 1 accessible spot. Enter via alley behind the building, spaces are on the right. Please do not park in private spots to the left, they're residential.

Will I get to participate in the paranormal investigation?

Yes! Guests will join Feralore’s team for a guided investigation of the Cupola Club, using real paranormal equipment as we explore the building’s haunted history.

Do I need paranormal investigation experience?

Not at all! We welcome everyone, from seasoned investigators to the simply curious. Our team will walk you through the tools and techniques.

I’m afraid something might follow me home. Does that happen?

It’s very rare. And it will never happen after a night with this group of professionals.  Feralore will close the night with grounding and protective practices to ensure you leave feeling clear & safe. If you’re worried, we’ll gladly share simple techniques you can use to reinforce your boundaries.
