About this event

Community • Heritage

This program will explore the history of our synagogue and the history of immigration at the turn of the century. A National Historic Landmark, The Museum at Eldridge Street is housed in the historic Eldridge Street Synagogue. Built in 1887, it is an architectural marvel, and a symbol of immigrant aspirations realized.

We will also explore the building itself, with a fun stained-glass activity!
