This training is specifically for staff working in K-12 school nutrition programs that operate the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP).

This includes school nutrition directors, managers, and staff who support meal service within a school district.

What happens if I register for the wrong training?

We carefully review registrations. If you sign up for the wrong training, your registration may be removed to ensure space for eligible participants.

Will this training include hands-on cooking?

Yes! This is an interactive training where participants will spend time in the kitchen preparing recipes and practicing cooking techniques. Be prepared to actively participate in hands-on meal preparation.

Will meals be provided?

Yes! Lunch will be provided on both training days. The meals prepared during the hands-on cooking sessions will be served.

What should I wear to the training?

Since you will be working in a kitchen setting, please wear:

Closed-toe, non-slip shoes (no sandals or heels)
Comfortable clothing suitable for kitchen work
Hair restraint (hat, hairnet, or ponytail)
