A handwashing and sanitation segment will be presented before the culinary session, led by Executive Chef Cory Sheldon of Applebee's Restaurant.

No cooking or chopping (only mixing and filling) is a part of the culinary session.

An adult chaperone must attend and accompany your child or group during the entire event.

Participants must pay for parking.

An itinerary with parking detail will be provided by email per registration.

All participating youth will recieve a take away gift bag with a certificate of participation, art and school supplies and a proper hand washing technique brochure.

The Society, Incorporated, Chickahominy River Women has partnered with Delaware North as our sponsor, to host an exciting FREE culinary event targeting youth 7-14 years old. Applebee's, Richmond International Airport, Executive Chef Cory Sheldon, will demonstrate how Culinary is Art. Each participating young person will learn about cleanliness in culinary, create delicious empanadas, create tablescapes, and leave with a takeaway gift bag filled with art and school supplies.
