About this event

Health • Yoga

Take advantage of stress relief provided by Sound Healing and restore your nervous system by activating brainwave balancing and parasympathetic relaxation response.

The event will begin with a Guided Meditation to help you prepare for restoration and stress relief. Meinl Crystal Bowls 432hz will be played along with other Sound Healing instruments. Bebe will move about the room at times to get closer to you. Bebe is certified in Lifestyle Meditation by Mandy Trapp & Sound Healing by Sound for Stress.

Some people explain these sensations similar to a great nap, or awareness of past life visions, early childhood memories, energetic visions, color visuals and more.

Lay on a pilates reformer to feel fully supported for letting go. We will provide a meditation cushion and blanket, feel free to bring extra props if you want them. Wear comfortable loose clothing and try not to eat within an hour of the event to aid in your body's rest and digest mode.

The style of Sound Bath you can expect is appropriate for people who experience states of anxiety and are looking for calm atmospheres to help with stress relief and trauma informed care. Bebe plays the bowls to work with hypnotic states and energy balancing. This is not a loud or over stimulating session, no gongs will be used. Our intention is that you feel comfortable throughout the full hour, bring extra pillows if you want to prop your legs up or lay on your side. If you are nursing an injury we can help accommodate getting you comfortable. While it's recommended to lay flat we can plan to have a chair for you if you prefer to be seated.

Integrate after this event with nurturing food and engaging in healthy relationships. It's recommended to skip excessive alcohol and sugar consumption after this event to heighten your body's detox response. Drink lots of water and get ready for a great night of sleep.
