CTI–CHPS Transition Training: Supporting Student Pathways to the Future

Join us for a half-day professional development session focused on Work-Based Learning (WBL), designed specifically for special educators, paraprofessionals, and related service providers (such as school psychologists, social workers, etc.) working with students in grades 5–12 across elementary, middle, and high school settings.

Participants will explore practical strategies to support students’ career exploration aligned with the 17 VDOE Career Clusters, learn how to connect WBL to school- and community-based opportunities, and preview tools for tracking student interests and participation.
