This session is a reminder of what terms mean what when Archi-speaking. How do we make reference to Sections and Articles? What is the difference between construction documents and contract documents? When do we capitalize Architect? Were we clear and concise in communicating our intent? Learn what to look for when reviewing the specifications to minimize conflicts and maximize coordination.

At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:

1. Understand basic terms used in construction industry and their meanings

2. Understand how to make references to items within the specification when writing an Addendum or answering an RFI

3. Find information within a specification when asked to review it

4. Respond to submittals for the sake of the integrity of the project
