CSG Grand Prix
Come join us for the CSG Grand Prix event at F45 Training Duane Street Tribeca! Get ready to showcase your skills and compete with fellow athletes on August 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM (Eastern Time). It's going to be a day filled with excitement and friendly competition. Don't miss out! This is your RSVP. Entry fees will have to be purchased through our F45 studios and we will reach out to you to process your payment. Entry costs $50 for non-F45 Members and $20 for F45 Members
- 4 F45 Studios located around Lower Manhattan - Starting at Tribeca, to Union Square, then Nomad, finally West 42nd
- Each studio will host a small circuit workout, each with a different focus (plyometric, strength, endurance, etc.)
- Short to mid distance runs to move from location to location, ranging from about 1.3 to 1.7 miles, studio depending
- After party to be held to mix and mingle with other athletes. Time and location to be annouced at a later date!
