Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Healing Class

Join us for a class of meditation and relaxation with Alessandra Lattanzio, a certified level 1 and level 2 crystal singing bowls sound healer. During the session, guests immerse themselves in the healing vibration of crystal sound bowls, while they are comfortably seated or lying down on a yoga mat. The soothing sound and vibrations of the sound bowls destress, help with chronic pain, relieve anxiety and depression, and promote inner peace.
