Crystal Singing Bowls 101

#RestEasyBby is excited to offer our first training program! Crystal Singing Bowls 101 will be offered by Naadiya, sound healing practioner and musician for over 10 years. In Naadiya weaves together crystal singing bowls, "tibetian" bowls, gongs, tuning forks, native flute, and more to create sound journeys for deep relaxation and exploration. During crystal singing bowls 101, Naadiya will cover:

• Nervous System Regulation and Sound Baths
• Foundations for Playing Techniques
• Understanding Mallets
• Different Types of Crystal Singings Bowls
• Cultural Appropriation in Sound Healing
• Crystal Singing Bowls and the Chakra System

This training will include hands on opportunties to practice with crystal singing bowls. If you have your own bowl, it is helpful to bring them to deepen your relationship and skills with your own bowls, but there will be additional practice bowls available during the training.

This training is BIPOC (Black, Indigenous or People of Color) only, and sliding scale: $60 - $115.
