What does my Crystal Ball Experience ticket include?

Your ticket grants full access to all four entertainment spaces on the 50th floor, lounge seating throughout the venue, and a complimentary glass of champagne. As always, coat check is complimentary for our guests.

What is the dress code?

Dress to impress! Cocktail attire is recommended and many guests wear formal wear.

What times do doors open?

Accepted Answer

Doors open at 8:00 PM for The Crystal Ball New Year's Eve and all rooms will be open on the 50th floor by 9:00 PM. For guests who purchase dinner tickets, the doors open at 6:00 PM and dinner seating starts at 6:30 PM.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

All ticket sales are final. Tickets may be transferred to another guest, but refunds are not available.

Do I need to bring my ID?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guests must be 21+ with a government issued, valid ID to enter the event. Valid ID must be free of alcohol restrictions. Guests from foreign countries must show a valid passport (foreign Driver's Licenses will not be accepted.)

What’s included with a Reserved Table?

Accepted Answer

Reserved Tables include your Crystal Ball ticket plus guaranteed seating for the evening* along the floor-to-ceiling windows. Wine or champagne can be pre-ordered for delivery to your table, cocktail service. (*Depending on table location, seating my not be available until 9PM)

Can I add guests to my reserved table later?

Reserved Tables are priced per person and require a minimum of four guests. Availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute additions, so booking your full group together is recommended.

What’s included with the Dinner Package?

The Dinner Package includes a 6:30 PM Italian-inspired buffet dinner on the 50th floor at Windows at Marquette, plus entry to The Crystal Ball New Year’s Eve. Dinner Packages require at least two guests.

Is there a hotel discount for Crystal Ball guests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Room rates at The Marquette Hotel start at $179 for Crystal Ball guests. The hotel is located just steps away  inside the IDS Tower, you never have to go outside!

Is there parking available?

There is a parking ramp underneath the IDS Tower plus, multiple ramps and street parking available nearby.

Is the event accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The venue and event spaces are accessible by elevator. If you or a member of your party require accommodations, please contact us in advance.

What time does the event end?

The celebration continues until 1:00 AM.
