CRS Training for the MLS New Member Orientation – Session 2 of 2

This class is open to all agents - existing members and new members as well. It is a requirement for all new members though. This class is officially called “Enhancing Customer Service.”

As you all know when a new member joins the MLS, we require the agent to complete MLS Orientation. This is broken down into two parts: 1) MLS Rules and Regulations and Basic Flex Intro and 2) MLS Tax Suite (CRS – Courthouse Retrieval System) Training Session. This class will be hosted as an In-Person Meeting. This CRS class should run from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm approximately.
