Dr. Tiffany Crayton is a licensed clinical psychotherapist, author, and trauma specialist with over 20 years of experience helping marginalized communities heal and walk boldly in purpose. As the founder of Inspire. Empower. Change. Counseling & Consulting, she’s known for doing deep “heartwork” with those overcoming trauma, impostor syndrome, and generational wounds. A survivor of intimate partner violence, Dr. Tiffany uses her powerful story to inspire healing, self-worth, and transformation. She is also the voice behind the blog My Soul Speaks and the upcoming podcast Empowered by Fire.

Dr. Michelle Kindred is a professor, bestselling author, writer, and Intentional Life & Therapeutic Writing Coach who empowers others through faith, mindfulness, and purpose. As founder of The Red Cardinal Experience Inc., she uplifts Black entrepreneurs and visionaries through scholarships and philanthropic support. Her coaching program, Just Write, helps marginalized professionals and educators overcome barriers and walk boldly in their calling. Dr. Kindred is also a contributing writer for Cheryl Magazine and other Black enterprise publications, inspiring personal and professional growth through intentional living.

Dr. Marie Cosgrove is a resilience-driven entrepreneur, speaker, and author of Greater Fortune, who transformed being fired into the ultimate comeback—by purchasing the very company that let her go. Now a successful healthcare business owner, she advances non-invasive medical technologies while inspiring global audiences with her powerful story of faith, perseverance, and purpose. Raised by a mentally ill single mother, Dr. Cosgrove uses her journey to empower others to overcome adversity and reclaim their destiny.
