This seminar is all about efficiency and control: learning how to move well at speed, recover between reps, and maintain composure when the intensity rises. Expect a mix of technical breakdowns, targeted drills, and a closing workout that tests your new skills under pressure.
What’s Included:
⚙️ Snatch Barbell Cycling
Learn how to efficiently cycle moderate to heavy snatches under fatigue while maintaining clean, consistent movement. Philroy will break down setup, grip, and barbell path to help you find your rhythm and efficiency at speed. You’ll practise touch-and-go reps, manage breathing between lifts, and learn how to recover within a set — key skills for Open-style workouts and competition scenarios.
🎯 Double-Under Skills Test
Fine-tune your double-under technique with focused drills to improve timing, rhythm, and rope control. You’ll learn how to stay relaxed through the shoulders, maintain consistent tempo, and keep your sets long and unbroken even when fatigue sets in. Expect a quick skills test and coaching feedback to help you identify your next area for improvement.
💪 Rope Climbs
Develop the strength, technique, and control needed to master climbs. Philroy will guide you through specific progressions and drills that target grip endurance, midline stability, and efficient pulling mechanics. Whether you’re working toward your first ascent or refining your technique for competition, this section will give you the tools to climb with confidence and efficiency.
🔥 Workout Finish
The session wraps up with a short, intense CrossFit-style workout combining barbell cycling, double unders, and rope climbs — putting all your new skills into practice under pressure. Expect to push your pace, apply efficient movement, and finish strong.
