About this event

The InfraGard National Disaster Resilience Council (NDRC) will hold its annual Summit on October 18 and 19 both in-person and virtually. Registration is now open. The in-person event will be held at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, Maryland which is half-way between Washington DC and Baltimore.

The Summit will feature Tom Popik of the Foundation for Resilience Societies speaking about lessons learned about infrastructure from the Ukraine / Russia war and General Steven Kwast (USAF Ret) addressing preparedness issues. The NDRC work on follow up to the FBI Director Christopher Wray’s concern about the Chinese Communist Party will be presented. Panels will consider setting priorities, improving resilience and being prepared. There will be case studies on emerging water technologies. An overview of threats to our critical infrastructure and concerns about finance, our food supply and dams will be included.


The NDRC Summit will be held in-person at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL).
