Criminal Record Sealing Class

The Criminal Record Sealing class offered by Nevada Legal Services, the William S. Boyd School of Law, and Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada informs participants how to seal their Nevada criminal records. The class goes over what documents are required for the process and how to obtain those documents. The class also covers how to draft the legal pleadings and where to send the pleadings prior to filing with the court. The class lastly discusses what pleadings need to be filed with the court and what to do if a judge signs the Order to Seal Records.
