Creekside Critters Featuring the San Diego Turtle and Tortoise Society

Come join us for a unique opportunity to meet native and exotic turtles and tortoises at the library!

We will learn all about the diets, behaviors, and unique adaptations of the diverse turtles and tortoises living among us and the ways we can all support global conservation efforts. This event is perfect for animal lovers of all ages!

The featured species will be: California desert tortoise, Red foot tortoise, Sulcata tortoise, Painted turtle, Red Eared Slider, softshell turtle.

Bring your family and friends to enjoy a morning of meeting new animals and learning more about their amazing lives. At the San Diego Library - Del Mar Branch
