Water. Keurig Coffee - I'll have pods, and feel free to bring your fave pods.  Bring your fave coffee mug! Door opens 15 mins before class, BYO MEAL from a drive through to eat before/during first minutes of class.

Yes, I will be repeating this class content. It's the first in a series. I'm getting to know your date and time preferences. Feel free to reach out to me and let me know what day of the week and what 2-hour time frames work for you... such as, during weekdays or Saturdays; daytime/evening.
