Will South refund my ticket?

Accepted Answer

If the class is sold out and with a waitlist, we may be able to refund your ticket. We will attempt to sell your ticket(s) to guests on the waitlist.

Will South accommodate my food allergies?

Accepted Answer

We take food allergies very seriously, but we are not able to accommodate food allergies for this event.

Question 3

If I'm running late, will South let me join the class?

Accepted Answer

Since we start our events on time, it is difficult to join our classes late. With that in mind, if you are more than 15 min late, you will not be able to join the class. We have found late arrivals are too disruptive to the other guests.
