Welcome to a creative journey with Expressive Art! This workshop invites you to explore your creativity for personal growth, self-discovery, and emotional healing. No art skills or experience needed—just an open mind! Open to all adults.
Emotions can stick around for a long time, or come and go quickly like the ebb and flow of a wave. In this workshop, we'll think about how the wave of emotions we can have and how they can lift us up even after they bring us down.
