What kind of art supplies do I need?

You can use whatever art supplies you have on hand. There's no need to be fancy. In fact, the less fancy the better. Oil pastels , crayons, colored pencils, collage materials will all work great. Just choose something you're comfortable with and don't worry too much about quality or technique.

I'm not an artist, can I come?

Yes! While not everyone is a practicing artist, everyone has a creator living inside of them. This workshop will tap into the childlike spirit of exploration and creativity that we all have access too. The goal is not to create something specific. Rather, it's to process our experience through art.

This workshop is adapted from the Open Studio Project (OSP) Process. The workshop contains a mix of journaling, poetry, art making, reflecting and sharing. You will be guided through the process each step of the way. Learn more about OSP : https://www.openstudioproject.org
