Join us for Creative Writing for Connection to share the joy of writing and creativity. Enjoy activities that promote creativity, connect with others and share your work in an inclusive and welcoming environment! All welcome (18+). No experience needed.
This group runs every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 11am at Camden Town Library. You are more than welcome to join us for a taster session and we hope you’ll soon become a part of our community. Come as often as your schedule allows. Please book each session individually, on eventbrite or in person at Camden Town Library.
At each session we will have a range of activities and inspiration incorporating movement, drawing, music, reading and more. In addition to time dedicated to writing, we may also discuss our work, thoughts and experiences, or whatever else comes up for you. There is however no pressure to share your writing, and the focus of this group is to connect with others through creative expressions, writing, and discussion.
Our facilitator will conduct the sessions in English, but you are more than welcome to write in any language that speaks to you the most!
P.S. If you prefer to write on a computer please do bring your laptop. We will prepare pens/pencils and paper.
