Meet Your Guides
Sarah Herrington
Sarah is a writer, poet, editor, writing instructor, and longtime yoga and meditation teacher whose work explores the intersections of creativity, embodiment, and care.
Her essays have appeared in The New York Times (Modern Love, Opinion, Anxiety, Solver Stories), Los Angeles Times, Poets & Writers, Salon, Interview Magazine, Slice, and Los Angeles Review of Books. She is the author of four yoga books (Penguin, Rodale/Random House), a regular contributor to Yoga Journal, and is currently at work on a memoir.
Sarah holds MFAs from NYU—where she was a Goldwater Fellow in Creative Nonfiction—and Lesley University. She teaches writing at Fordham University and leads private workshops and mentorships for writers.
Robert Bahedry
Robert is a certified Breathwork practitioner and transformational coach who has been guiding others through profound breakthroughs since 2010. His journey began during yoga teacher training in 2009, when he discovered the extraordinary healing power of conscious breathing. That revelation reshaped his life—and became his calling.
Known for creating spaces that are both deeply transformative and warmly supportive, Robert believes growth can be both powerful and playful. His approach balances intensity with lightness, helping participants feel safe, open, and ready for true transformation.
