Join us for a transformational weekend dedicated to the art of gentle facilitation, creative self-care, and vibrational wellness. This comprehensive weekend offers four distinct, hands-on trainings—covering expressive arts, sound healing, and rhythm facilitation—designed for anyone curious about using creative tools to support themselves and others.
You may register for individual trainings or purchase the Full Weekend Pass for the most value and to complete the entire Level 1 Rhythm Wellness Facilitator Program.
Upon completion of the certification you will receive (by email) the e-workbook and online platform with resources so you can continue to learn, practice and use the session's insights for your own self-care.
Weekend Training Schedule & Descriptions
Expressive Arts 101: Creative Self-Care Toolkit
(Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)
This practical session provides you with an inspiring set of easily adaptable creative activities to promote gentle self-care. Learn the fundamentals of facilitation, receive practical setup guidance, and gain a foundational understanding of supportive, trauma-informed language. You will leave with a strong understanding of 10 customizable self-care activities and how to structure a full 1–2 hour creative experience for any group or event.
Sound Healing Foundations: Level One Introduction
(Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)
Explore the gentle vibrational flow created by sacred instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, and the Native American flute. This hands-on session focuses on understanding how these frequencies are felt through sensations and the sensory experience. You will gain foundational skills in striking and pacing techniques, and explore what it truly feels like to create and direct sound that gently helps others heal.
Creative Rhythms™ Facilitator Training Part 1 & 2
Learn the art of rhythm facilitation: Drumming as a community wellness tool. Imagine leading an event that’s joyful, unifying, and powerful! Energizing and connective! Integrate into team-building, group therapy, or community events.
- Part 1: Fundamentals of Facilitating Rhythm Wellness (Saturday, April 11, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
- Part 2: Application and Skill Building for Drum Facilitators (Sunday, April 12, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
Creative Rhythms™ Facilitator Training: Level 1 This training weekend offers a clear path for anyone interested in rhythm wellness facilitation, from the curious beginner to the experienced practitioner.
On Saturday (Part 1: Fundamentals), you will engage in the essential foundations of rhythm facilitation. You will participate in an experiential rhythm session and learn the groundwork: how to set up a sacred space, foster a community environment that encourages return participation, and use instruments specifically for well-being. This session is open to anyone curious about facilitation.
On Sunday (Part 2: Application and Skill Building), you will move into practical skills development. This session focuses on application, including mastering simple rhythm breakdowns, developing a clear timeline for instrument proficiency, and understanding the progression to advanced facilitator training (Level 2).
- Certification Requirement: Completion of both Part 1 and Part 2 is required to receive the Level One Creative Rhythms Facilitator Training Program Certificate.
- Alumni & Refreshers: Individuals who have previously completed this training are welcome to attend either Part 1 or Part 2 as a refresher and to gain access to onsite team opportunities.

- Complete Level 1 Certification: Finish the full two-part Rhythm Wellness Facilitator Training and receive your final Level 1 Certificate.
