Workshop Description

Creative Problem-Solving Mastery is a 2-hour online webinar designed for working professionals in Malaysia to boost their ability to think creatively, solve workplace challenges, and make effective decisions. Participants will be introduced to the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model and explore tools such as root cause analysis, SCAMPER, and mind mapping. The session also includes short interactive discussions and real-life examples to help translate creative thinking into actionable outcomes in the workplace.
