Creative Journaling

Creative journaling is a form of personal expression that combines traditional journaling with various artistic techniques. It goes beyond merely writing about daily events or thoughts and incorporates elements such as drawing, collage, mixed media, creative writing, and poetry.

The purpose of creative journaling is to foster creativity, provide a therapeutic outlet, and encourage self-exploration and mindfulness. It allows individuals to express themselves in a multifaceted way, blending text and visuals to capture their thoughts, feelings, and experiences more vividly.

All materials are included but you may want to bring your own journal to work in.

The workshop is on the first floor and accessible by a flight of stairs. Please knock on the door if it is locked. Forever After Gift and Craft Shop is in the middle of Castleford town centre so there are plenty of car parks and most are free at this time.
