Creative Connection Practice
Connect to your most authentic self through creative practice!
Creative Pathways Studio invites you to an in-person exploration of your creative self, while building community with a small group of folks from the greater Portland area.
Experience a fun, playful space to create and engage with many forms of creativity.
As a means to connect with your deepest, truest self, you will:
- try new things in service of connecting with and learning about yourself.
- discover, build, and grow your unique gifts, creating a different perspective of how you show up in the world.
- take an intuitive, lighthearted approach to creativity.
- explore what is in your heart and be a witness for the people going through the same processes with you.
This is not about learning a new skill or making beautiful art pieces.
This is about exploring the connection between self and creative expression.
June theme: Release
In this month’s creative workshop you’ll engage your curiosity around releasing to create more space.
How does it feel to release and let go of old patterns and beliefs?
Where do you need more space to breathe and how can you lean into that space to bring yourself fully into the light as you merge into summer?
What space do you want to create in your life?
What wants to come to light and to life in this freed up space?
You’ll explore these questions and the resistance that you may feel through a thoughtful and playful creative art project.
Join us in this exploratory art project and discover what you want to release and what you want to make room for.
