As we enter into the New Year, now is a great time to think about which fundraising strategies to use in 2021. In this updated version of our annual fundraising planning workshop, you’ll learn how to create your own personalized, written plan that documents and outlines your organization’s fundraising activities for the next 12 months. Participants will learn:

· How to use lessons learned in 2020 to make smart planning decisions in 2021.

· A four-step process to create the fundraising plan that works best for you and your nonprofit.

· Time and project management ideas to keep you on track all year.

Organizations that write down their fundraising plans are shown to raise more money. And as an added bonus, making decisions in advance about your strategies and priorities makes the process of raising money less stressful and more efficient. Attendees will receive an electronic Certificate of Participation after completing the workshop.
