Creating Teamwork, Not Tension in a Collaborative Environment

Masters’ Institute
Presented by Eastern Bank

Topic Description

The integration of marketing and communications is a challenge that all organizations are facing. Confident professionals welcome it, but others fear it. How do you create an environment that fosters a true working relationship - understanding and respecting what both bring – and, perhaps, don’t bring – to the table, and, ultimately, delivering for the agency and/or brand. This Masters’ Institute will explore the challenges, opportunities, and different paths in re-writing teams and roles to create teams that can effectively tackle today’s marketing landscape and optimize value for clients. Designed for senior-level communicators with at least 10 years experience, this edition is intended for those who tackle these challenges daily, as well as those who want to begin to understand this aspect of the business.
