Welcome to Creating Safer!

Prerequisite: Introduction to the Restorative Justice Approach; Restorative Justice Practices 101;
This training aims to explain the concept of safer spaces, from a restorative context. It provides historical background, emphasizes inclusivity & diversity, and techniques to address biases while fostering accountability & empathy. Participants will learn strategies to address physical & psychological safety. The goal is to enhance knowledge & skills to foster inclusive, respectful, secure environments & policy awareness by addressing biases, enhancing communication, promoting accountability & empathy.
