An intensive workshop, for you if:
-You wish to move from disconnecting, often angry, accusatory and judgmental communication to empathic and connecting communication
-Learn gratefulness meditations that will create deeper connection between you and your partner
-Install a climate of gratefulness (for each other)in your new relationship
-Train observational hearing: learn to hear in a way that bypasses the mental filters that most of us have. E.g if your partner says: "You are late", you can interpret those words as "I am so lazy" or you can hear the actual message "My partner really has a need for timeliness in this moment". Depending on what we interpret their words as, we will act in defensive/aggressive ways or empathic/connecting ways.
-Train in recognizing your needs: at the root of all we do in this world, are basic human needs, which we all have. When we are in touch with our basic human needs, we create a tender, loving, empathic and respectful relationship. Why? Because at all times we can express to our partner what is happening in us, hence we can fully, deeply include them in our lives.
-Train in requesting without expecting: When in touch with our needs, we arrive to a point in which we understand that we are the only individuals that can fulfill our own needs. However, we can still request of our partner that they say, or do something, to make our lives more wonderful. A request is characterized by the fact that the answer can be either yes or no. When we demand things of others, on the other hand, the only possible reply is "yes Sir/Madam".
-Train in taking full responsibility for your feelings: Eg when we say: "You hurt me" we are not taking responsibility for our feelings. Others are responsible for their actions and words, we are responsible for our reactions and how we take what others say or do. Instead, we are blaming our pain on others and the result is that we create more distance between us. During the workshop, we will show you how to take full responsibility for the way you feel, without blaming anyone or anything and that your feelings are directly connected to your ability to satisfy -or not- your basic human needs.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There are ample parking options right below our premises. By public transport, extremely frequent train services to both The Hague Hollands Spoor (HS) and The Hague Central Station (CS). If you arrive at HS, take tram 12 to Fahreneitstr. If you arrive to CS, take Randstad Light Rail 3 to Fahrenheitstr. Whichever one you take, you will see a Branch of ING bank on a corner. Walk down that street (Fahrenheitstr.) till you reach 562 (1st floor)

What's the refund policy?

Full up to 7 days before the event. 70% returned thereafter, to cover our costs. Thanks for your understanding. Under extreme conditions, such as a medical emergency, we might consider a full refund, anytime.
