By Prism Memorial

Overview

A hands-on workshop exploring scent, ritual, and sensory tools for grounding care work.

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own custom energy-cleansing mist using essential oils, herbs, and intention-setting. Whether you want to refresh your home, your work desk, or your own energy field, you’ll leave with a personalized spray that’s equal parts practical and magical.

Mist With Intention is a gentle, hands-on workshop for doulas, deathcare workers, and space-holders who want to bring sensory ritual into their practice. Together, we’ll explore the art of blending aromatic mists—tools for grounding yourself before a session, clearing energy after a client visit, or creating ceremony during times of transition.

You’ll learn how scent and intention work together to regulate the nervous system, calm environments, and mark meaningful thresholds. Each participant will craft a custom misting sprays using essential oils, water, and affirmations designed to support both client care and your own restoration.

This session is pay what you can—an offering meant to honor accessibility and community care. All materials are included. Come as you are; leave with scent, softness, and something sacred to keep.

You’ll get:

  • All supplies + instruction to make your custom cleansing spray
  • Tips for using scent and ritual in your daily life
  • Guided intention-setting practice

The vibe:

  • Slow + sensory
  • Playful but grounded
  • Community care meets self-care

Come for the scent play, leave feeling lighter than you came.
