You deserve to feel safe. In love, in your body, and in the messy, magical territory of human connection.

Whether you're dating, partnered, or somewhere in between, the quality of your relationships often comes down to one thing: Do you feel safe to be your full self? Do you know how to create that sense of safety—not just for your partner but for yourself?

In this honest and heartful workshop, we’ll explore building and deepening emotional and relational safety as the foundation for true intimacy. We’ll unpack what attachment styles have to do with your reactions in love (spoiler: more than you might think), how your nervous system influences connection, and why co-regulation isn’t just for therapy sessions—it’s for everyday life, including those awkward late-night “What are we even doing?” conversations.

We’ll also explore modern-day monogamy and sexual agreements (with compassion, not pressure), how transparency builds trust, and why balancing the needs for safety, risk, independence, and belonging is a lifelong dance. Oh, and if you're wondering why your feminine side sometimes feels like curling up in a cave with snacks and a blanket, we'll talk about that, too.

This is an invitation to come home to yourself—and to create the kind of connection where both you and your partner can exhale. You’ll leave with greater clarity, some practical tools, and possibly a few good laughs. After all, if we can’t laugh about love, what can we laugh about?

You deserve to feel safe.In love. In your body. In your truth.

Whether you're navigating new connections or nurturing a long-term partnership, emotional and relational safety is the foundation of a healthy relationship. When we feel safe—physically, emotionally, and energetically—our nervous systems settle, trust can grow, and deeper intimacy becomes possible.

This workshop invites you to explore the essential ingredients that create and sustain safety in relationships, beginning with your relationship with yourself.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How attachment patterns (from anxious to avoidant) shape our responses to closeness
  • The role of co-regulation and the neuroscience behind relational safety
  • Healthy agreements around monogamy and sexuality
  • Conscious communication practices that foster truth and transparency
  • The four core human needs in relationships: safety, risk, independence, and belonging
  • Why the feminine thrives in environments of safety and how to cultivate that space
  • Finding balance with the three entities in intimacy - you, me, and we

You’ll be guided through reflective practices, meaningful dialogue, and practical tools to help you reconnect with yourself and explore the possibility of connection that honors your wholeness.

Safety doesn’t mean playing small. It means being held where you can be fully seen and heard.

Join us for this honest, empowering workshop supporting individuals and couples in building soul-inspired intimacy.
