What's Included: I will send out a list of supplies you should bring, things you probably already have such as small craft scissors, glue stick. The main item you should bring is a blank journal (more on this in the supply list.) I will supply the more unusual items for you to use in the workshop and then keep.
Workshop Description: This workshop is all about creating a journal that combines Art and Writing together. These journals are not affirmation or wellness guides, daily diaries or dream diaries. We will be exploring the dialogue between Art and Literature. No prior experience in creative writing or art is required. To help you in this creative process, I will provide both visual and written prompts—so you won’t be staring at a blank page not knowing how to begin! We will be a safe place for you to try out what may initially feel challenging, but all your art and writing efforts will become more and more rewarding.
