About this event

Healthcare organizations increasingly face the demands of value-based reimbursement as physicians and healthcare executives are held accountable for higher-quality care delivered at a lower cost. As leaders plan and prepare for value-based care, they also must remain focused on improving health outcomes while reducing cost and waste within their organizations. To maintain focus on current operations while positioning themselves for the opportunities in this value-based reimbursement market, many hospitals and physicians have turned to a clinically integrated network as a viable option. This program will highlight key components of a successful CIN and provide strategies and tactics to create sustainability. This will provide participants with the key components to developing sustainable CINs and operationalizing best practices.
