Creating a Nonprofit Executive Pay-For-Performance Platform

Having the best talent available is critical to the performance of nonprofit organizations. Acquiring a top-notch chief executive and retaining that critical employee means considering how to best fairly compensate for a job well done. At the same time, the board of directors wants to encourage pursuit of short-term, mid-term and long-term goals to strengthen the nonprofit's performance and fiscal health.

In this 90-minute session, participants will be introduced to Next Stage's approach to creating an executive pay-for-performance platform. Participants will receive a workbook to assist them with designing this platform for their own organizations, and they will be taken through a step-by-step process for implementation.

The registration fee is for up to 5 participants from a single organization, often the chief executive and members of the board/executive committee.
