Learn to Create an Abundant, Flourishing Forest of Food!

Join in the springtime magic of creating an edible food forest, planting avocado trees, evergreen cherry tree, citrus, fig, and other trees to expand the existing apricots, pluots, lemons, kiwis, oranges, figs, pear, peaches, persimmons, apples, guavas, sapotes, and other unique trees. Learn about planting trees for gopher protection, proper planting depth, nutrition using on-site supplies like kitchen scraps, and irrigation using grey and rain water.

Visit our raised beds made of broken concrete from a backyard patio that was removed, and see the power of healthy drainage within the beds and abundant results. Other parts of the garden are available for tour where edible shrubs and flowers are expanding the possibilities.

Take these ideas and tips home to your garden and apply them with the help of Golden Love, Designer.

This workshop takes place in the new Love's Gardens Demonstration Garden. Tools, supplies, and equipment provided.
