Is there a fee to attend the session?

There is a $35 per/person fee to attend the session. Staff members of ArtPride New Jersey member organizations can register for FREE with a promo code. Contact ArtPride's membership department at <membership@artpridenj.org> if you need your code. The Networking Reception is free for all attendees.

Is there a separate fee for the Networking Reception?

No. The reception is free for all attendees. Light refreshments will be served and a cash bar available. We do ask that you RSVP for the reception as part of your registration so we have an accurate count.

Where do I park?

Free parking will be available for attendees in the NBPAC parking garage (60 Bayard Street) behind the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center. You will be sent instructions to register your vehicle prior to the event. Alternative parking options are also available in nearby locations.

What room is the session taking place in?

The session will take place in the 3rd Floor Exhibition Space. Follow the signs when you arrive at NBPAC.

What should I bring to the workshop?

We recommend bringing a laptop and a copy of your current digital media plan (if you have one). If you do not have a plan, that's ok. We hope you'll leave the session with a framework for creating a plan for your organization.

Will there be refreshments?

Coffee and bottled water will be provided during the workshop. Light refreshments and a cash bar will be offered during the optional Networking Reception immediately following the session.
