Can I register for in-person and virtual?

To ensure an accurate headcount for the event, we ask that you select in-person OR virtual during checkout. If you can no longer attend in-person and want to participate virtually, you can contact us at umtri-ccat@umich.edu

I registered for virtual participation. Why can't I find the Zoom link?

Accepted Answer

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite. Within that email, all of the Zoom details will be included. Two more emails will be sent in advance of the event (1 day before, 1 hour before) with the Zoom details. Contact umtri-ccat@umich.edu with questions.

Where is the event?

The CCAT Research Review will take place at the U-M Transportation Research Institute (2901 Baxter Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48109) in the Collaborative Meeting Space (Room 139). A venue map will be shared following registration.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

If you have a U-M parking pass (yellow or higher), you can park in the UMTRI lot. If you do not have a U-M parking pass, you can park on the side of the service drive to the Mcity Test Facility. *Do NOT block any portion of the service drive to allow emergency vehicles through.

Will the presentation be recorded?
