What is the youngest age that can attend?

I recommend ages 10 and older. The cover of their journal will be created by using needle felting techniques which requires a very sharp specialized steel needle. So please take their fine motor skills into consideration even for ages 10 and a little older.

How should they dress for the outdoors?

After the journals are assembled, we'll be taking the kids outside so be sure they have appropriate shoes or boots and outerwear. I have all-natural bug spray, or you may bring your own.

Is there a place for the parents or guardians to sit during the workshop?

Our beautiful building is part art workshop; part cozy comfy area with sofa, chairs and reading material; and even has an attached barn for our five little goats and one alpaca. And plan to join your child for the outdoor nature walk.
